Why I Don’t Treat Lips in Isolation

Why You Will Not See a February Lip Promo Here

Now let's talk about something else that has created a lot of confusion in our industry.

Lip promotions.

February has become the month of discounted lips everywhere you look. And I get it. It is catchy. It is easy to market. But here is the honest truth.

Focusing only on lips without looking at the full face is how unnatural results started becoming the norm.

Lips do not exist in isolation. They sit within a structure of cheeks, chin, jawline, and perioral support. When lips are filled without balancing the surrounding architecture, they can look over projected, heavy, or disconnected from the rest of the face. That is not a reflection of bad intentions. It is a reflection of incomplete planning.

My approach has always been to look at the whole face first. Lips may absolutely be part of the plan, but they aren't automatically the starting point. Sometimes another area needs support first. And sometimes my recommendation is simply not to add more filler.

So instead of running a lip special just because it is February, I would rather look at your face and decide what actually makes sense for you. My goal is not to sell you a syringe. It's to make sure whatever we do looks balanced and natural.

That is why I do things a little differently. I would rather give you my honest recommendation than sell you a quick fix.

It may not be the fastest trend. But it is the reason my patients look refreshed, like themselves, instead of overdone.

And that is my promise to you.
